We Have Moved

Patricia and I decided to look for a larger house. She and I had already done several "Clean Sweeps" on our old place and had no where else to put our stuff.
We decided to take a look and see what we could find. After a few weeks we found several places that we liked, but were not sure if we could sell our place.
We talked to a realtor Jeff and Jennifer Guzman referred to us Greg Perry and we put the house on the market.
The house was on the market for a total of 18 hours when we received an offer that was full asking and we were on our way to the new house.

This forced Patricia and I to look just that much quicker and we believe we have found the home of our dreams at least for the next 5 -7 years.
